Departure End date :

Day 1: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (L/D):

After you are collected from your hotel in Hanoi's city centre begins the 3-4 hour drive through the lush rice fields, agricultural lands and small country towns of the Red River Delta. Keep a look out for some of the quirks of Vietnamese traffic! There will be a rest break about halfway through the journey to stretch your legs and enjoy refreshments. Upon arrival the Captain and crew of your Halong Dragon Cruise will welcome you aboard, and around 12:15 the anchor is weighed and your trip begins. Lunch, a feast for the senses, sets precedent for the high quality of cuisine to be enjoyed whilst onboard.

After lunch the cruise heads to Sung Sot cave, where you will marvel at caverns walled with cascades of glittering rock and dripping with stalactites thousands of years in the making. The afternoon also holds swimming, kayaking and sunbathing for guests of the Halong Dragon cruise. Return to the boat and it will head to its overnight anchorage place, a quiet and secluded area away from the main stream of Halong traffic. Spend some time to chat with your fellow passengers, meeting people from all over the world before you get the chance to enjoy a culinary tapestry of international and Vietnamese flavors at the buffet dinner served in the dining room. The evening is spent at your leisure; make the most of the cruise's happy hour, try your hand at squid fishing with the crew, or just recline and revel in the night scenery.

Day  2: Halong Bay - Hanoi(B/L):

After a tasty breakfast at your hotel you will be transferred by bus to Gia Luan harbor from which you will alight back on your Deluxe Dragon Cruise. The chef will demonstrate how to turn food into a work of art at the onboard carving demonstration, transforming fruits and legumes into spectacular flowers with deft use of a knife. Meanwhile the boat makes its way back to the mainland and upon arrival you will have lunch at a local restaurant in Halong city. After lunch it's time for your transfer back to Hanoi, with a short stop for refreshments in the lovely Hai Duong province. Your arrival back at Hanoi is estimated at around 17:30 and your journey concludes with drop off at your hotel.

I’ve been there last year, love it. The crew was amazing, good food, good service! I also liked that they went to different bays, not where all other boats goes, so it was kind of private tour. just one boat and nature (only indochina provides this, i think) I hope you will enjoy it.
