After you have been collected from your hotel the drive begins across the lush farmlands, iconic ricefields and small country towns of the Red River Delta.

Following your arrival in Ha Long city you will embark upon Huong Hai Junk for your overnight journey. After check in, enjoy a welcome drink as you are introduced to the crew and briefed on cruise procedures

The boat heads towards the quiet beauty of the Bai Tu Long bay area. Passing by the windows are a succession of aptly named islets; see if you can spot Tea pot islet, Monster Face islet, Yen Ngua islet, Man’s Head islet and Tortoise islet along the way. As you marvel at the virgin beauty of the crystal waters and rocky mounts shrouded in endemic greenery, lunch is served in the dining area. Early afternoon will be spent at Sung Sot (amazing) cave, where you will wander through vast caverns dripping with stalactites and walled with cascades of glittering rock, all masterfully illuminated by colored lights. Follow this with a swim at the Soi Sim or Titop beaches and a short climb to the top of Titop mountain and one of the best views of Halong bay.

Second day

 The cruise takes you to Luon cave, where you will be rowed through dark archways, and appreciate a quiet atmosphere sheltered by sheer cliffs. Back to Huong Hai Junk and the cruise continues past the distinguishable islets of Ga Choi (Fighting Cocks), Finger, and Dog islets on its way back to Halong City.

Shuttle bus:
Daily departure at 8:00-8:30 am from Hanoi

Shuttle bus services from Hanoi to Halong and vice versa:

For transfer option: A private car or Huong Hai shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel from 7.45am - 8.30am and transfer you to Ha Long city.   For kayaking option: After visiting Amazing cave, you can go kayaking from Titop Beach to Luon Cave and appreciate the tranquil atmosphere of the bay (or from Bo Nau cave, to Soi Sim beach to TiTop)

Second day

 A light breakfast of fruit and fresh breads and pastries is available in the dining area, along with your choice of either tea or coffee   08.30 After eating your fill at breakfast take everything you’ll need for the day (swimwear, dry clothes, footwear for walking through shallow water/over slippery rocks) and transfer to the dayboat that will facilitate your cruising to some of Halong Bay’s best kept secrets, including Cua Van fishing village, Doi Cave, Ho Ba Ham area, and Three Peaches Beach (exact locales are dependent on weather conditions and tide levels at the time of your trip). The ensuing hours are filled with kayaking and swimming in the emerald waters, interrupted by a sumptuous multi-course lunch served at midday.

 You will be taken through Luon cave by small bamboo boat, marvelling at the perfect stillness and quiet atmosphere sheltered by the sheer cliff faces of the islets. Once you have returned to Huong Hai Junk the cruise will continue past such distinctive formations as Finger, Fighting Cock, Incense Burner and Little Dog islets, as well as the Hoa Cuong fishing village area. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the bay as the cruise makes its leisurely pace back to Ha Long city.

 Spend some time to arrange your luggage and leave it outside your room for collection. Check out of your cabin and then feel free to relax on the sundeck.

 Savour your last meal onboard as the boat navigates through the surreal landscape of Halong bay, and one by one the limestone islets slip back behind the stern and line up together as one long undulating silhouette against the periwinkle backdrop of the sky

 Your cruise comes to a conclusion with disembarkation at Halong City. Your transfer back to Hanoi awaits you and arrival is estimated around 4:00pm.
